The Ancient Practice of EFT Tapping

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping is a type of acupuncture that has been practiced for thousands of years. The ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture as a healing practice centers on the body’s energy levels and how they travel throughout it. This energy flow improves through touch or needle stimulation. By applying this pressure, tapping allows your body to send signals to your brain and awakens the central nervous system. Then chemicals are released to the rest of your brain and your body.

Benefits of Tapping

EFT tapping provides benefits by restoring balance to your body’s energy levels when they have been disrupted due to stress. Here are a few of these benefits:

1. It is a natural healing practice

Unlike traditional medication or alcohol, tapping is a natural and healthy way to deal with the stress you feel from problems or events in your life. In some cases, tapping has even helped people recover from alcoholism, addictions, traumatic events, or even physical issues such as illness and chronic pain.

2. Release tension in the body

By finding specific pressure points in your body and drawing attention to those areas of tension or stress, this technique helps your body relax.

3. Helps alleviate depression and anxiety

Studies show tapping also helps clear anxious thoughts and negative feelings, boosting overall happiness.

4. Weight loss

This is another benefit associated this practice.
