Home-Baked Keto Cauliflower Bread Recipe with Garlic and Rosemary

Hello, Keto-Foodies enthusiasts! Today, I am super excited to introduce the new recipe with this new kitchen adventure. that Dr. Jockers shared. This fantastic recipe is for a keto cauliflower bread that is not only low-carb but also has healthy fats, fiber, and immune-boosting herbsThis recipe is based on his wife, Angel. 

Now, let’s see what ingredients we have: 

 – 3 cups cauliflower, riced and steamed 

– 10 large eggs 

– ¼ tsp cream of tartar 

– 1¼ cups coconut flour 

– 1½ tbsp. aluminum-free baking powder 

– 1 tsp pink salt 

– 6 tbsp. butter 

– 6 cloves garlic, crushed 

– 1 tbsp. fresh or dried rosemary 

– 1 tbsp. Fresh or dried parsley, finely chopped 

 The next step is to prepare this fantastic dish, following the instructions.  

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate egg whites from yolks and beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. combine coconut flour, salt, egg yolks, baking powder, melted butter, crushed garlic, and ¼ of the whipped egg whites in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  4. Squeeze excess water from steamed cauliflower using a kitchen towel. Add cauliflower to the food processor and blend until well combined.
  5. Add remaining egg whites, rosemary, and parsley. Pulse a few times to combine.
  6. Transfer the batter to the lined baking pan and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely before cutting.

 After everything is done, let’s check the nutritional facts: 

 – Calories: 116 

– Total Fat: 8g 

– Total Carbohydrates: 7g 

– Dietary Fiber: 3g 

– Sugars: 2g 

– Protein: 6g 

This fantastic keto cauliflower bread recipe supports organic food, and remember that when you are baking with coconut flour, it is thirsty! So that is why the bread is not just a decoration but is more than a calorie-rich filling experience.
